Terms & Conditions

• We will require written confirmation (email or fax) of your order before delivery.
• For orders below £10.00 net a £5.00 handling charge will be added.
• For payments by credit card, the payment will be taken within 24 hours after delivery has been made. The receipt will be posted with the VAT invoice.
• We aim to collect all platters & baskets from you within 2 working days. Please help us by having them in an agreed area for collection.
• Breakages and loss. All damage, breakage & loss will be charged at £10.00 + VAT per item. Alternative goods not accepted.
• Please give at least 24 hours notice for buffet requirements. We reserve the right to substitute alternatives from the menu where and when necessary.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to 50% charge of full price.
• We cannot accept same day cancellations, therefore the order will be fulfilled as arranged or subject to full charge.
• Credit is given by prior arrangement only, otherwise our terms are cash on delivery.
• Your order is not accepted until you receive written confirmation from us.
